- Balloon in a Box will be sent by Royal Mail Special Next Day Delivery if ordered before 12.30pm, after then they will be received the day after that. Local deliveries will be made by Fairytale Balloons, where possible.

- Consultations are free, with no obligation to book, at the venue of your choice. (Within reasonable travelling distance.)

- Any changes to details on a order form or invoice should be given 28 days before the event.

- A non-refundable ‘Save the Date’ deposit of £30 is payable at the time of booking.

- Full payment must be received 14 days before the event. If the full amount is not received the booking will be cancelled and the outstanding amount still due.

- 28 days notice must be given to cancel a booking. If notice is less than 28 days then the full amount will still be payable.
